Anthony R. Pecora

Anthony grew up on his family farm south of Wakeman, Ohio. He went on to receive his B.Ed. from the University of Toledo, majoring in Secondary Education with a minor in Political Science and History. He received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1998.

Anthony and his wife Myra reside in Amherst, OH, with their three children. Being interested in public service, he is a board member of the Amherst Community Improvement Corporation (CIC). He is also the City of Amherst Law Department's liaison to the CIC.

Upon passing the Ohio Bar, Tony practiced on his own in Amherst. Soon after, he worked as a magistrate in the Lorain County Domestic Relations Court. He joined the law firm in 2001. Anthony's practice areas include general litigation, public sector and family law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Lorain County Bar Association, and the Lorain County Bar Association Legal Ethics & Grievance Committee.

Anthony was elected the City of Amherst, Ohio Law Director in 2007, with a term ending in 2011.
