Kenneth S. Stumphauzer

Born in Lorain, Kenneth received his B.A. from Ohio University, graduating cum laude in 1967.  He subsequently received his law degree from Akron University and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1976 following 5 years of military service in the United States Air Force, Vietnam.  He is a member of the Lorain County, Ohio and American Bar Associations.

He served for over 20 years as either the elected or the appointed law director in the cities of Lorain, Amherst and Vermilion, Ohio.  Consequently, Kenneth has extensive experience in all facets of public sector law.  Concurrent with his public service, Kenneth’s private sector practice focuses on business law, extensively in the areas of merger and acquisition.
