Stumphauzer O'Toole’s transportation practice group brings talent and expertise to an often underserved component of the supply chain – the commercial truck driver. Whether an owner-operator, small fleet owner, or over the road trucker, we work alongside you to solve your legal issues.
We devote a significant portion of our practice to representing drivers adversely affected by inaccurate background reports, or who lost job opportunities because a carrier failed to follow mandatory requirements related to the use of background reports.
Our attorneys know the trucking industry and work hard to deliver justice on behalf of our clients. But most importantly, we know the law, and are able to quickly identify significant deficiencies practiced by carriers and background report providers alike. Our client relationships are always founded on candor and trust, which gives our clients the assurance that our advice comes with careful consideration and realistic expectations.
Although our main office is in northern Ohio, our Transportation Practice Group handles matters throughout the United States.
